Hi, this is the second part of the sequel of my Thailand trip from the previous post. After we landed at the airport, we didn't go straight to the hotel. It was around 8 pm, Bangkok time, since Bangkok has the same time difference with Jakarta so that night was still young for us. Our tour guide brought us around Bangkok city then we stopped at Neon market. Neon market is a night market that located in the downtown Pratunam area.

Before we explored Neon market, we filled our tanks first. We had dinner at Makan @Pratunam restaurant. It is a halal restaurant that serves Thai, Malay, Chinese, and Arabic cuisine. The place was cozy, the servers were nice, and the food was really good. My personal favorite is their Tom Yam, it was really yumm! :9

After our tanks were fully loaded, we took our time for shopping in Neon Market. There are many stalls selling various things in Neon Market of course with affordable prices. You could get a best deal if you're smart at bargaining prices. They sell everything from fashion items, ethnic decorations, traditional food, insect snacks, until sex toys.

Tips: don't use thick clothes if you're in Bangkok because it's really hot even at the evening, or you will soak in sweat like me.

There are also few Tuktuks parked near the market, We took a moment to take a photo with Tuktuk. So glad the driver was so kind to let us borrow without a charge of money.

After we finished shopping and take photos, our tour guide brought us to the hotel and called it a night. But not for the four of us, we still wanted to explore Bangkok city at night. Where did we go? Stay tuned on the next post!
