   My family and I have been through some difficult times the past couple months. Many things happened, the worst was when my beloved father passed away. It wasn't easy at all for us to cope with the grief, but we know life goes on, we should not stuck in the sadness for long time. After two months of staying at home, we thought we needed a mental refreshment for a fresh start, so we decided to have a staycation. 

  The next destination we visited in Adonara after Meko Island was Wera Mean Beach or mostly known as Pantai Pasir Merah. It means red sand beach (pantai=beach, pasir=sand, merah=red). As the name suggests, the uniqueness of this beach lies in its unique sand color. Unlike most beach sand that is white or pale cream, the sand on this beach is reddish. There are also some black magma stones from the past eruption of Mount Ile Boleng, not so far from the beach.

   It wasn't easy at all to reach there. We needed extra efforts to reach the beach. First we needed to pass through a narrow rocky road. Our car must stop a few times either because there was a hole, a big stone, or because there was a car from the opposite direction. After passed that  road we went into narrower sandy road. Not  just there, after we parked our car, we needed to hike some hills and valleys to finally got to the beach. So exhausted indeed, but all the tired feelings were replaced when we were on top of the hill. We could see very beautiful scenery from above.

  I wanna keep up the simplicity of the look by just using simple accessories, like a watch and aviator sunglasses. I also rolled up the shirtsleeves, let two buttons open, and create a cool, deliberately undone look with the half-tuck to  make it looks more edgy. And to spice up the look, i paired them with black leather loafers as a final touch.

  Once upon a Monday, i had a day free so did my mom, my brother, and my sister. We were so bored, then we decided to have an unplanned road trip. We had no clue where we were going, we just drove around exploring Jakarta. Along the way we stopped in drive-thru to eat. Thank God the traffic was quite light for a normal Monday in Jakarta.

  I still have free time till the end of this August because my college break, thank God! Yesterday i just took a stroll around Jakarta. I need to refresh myself before going back to college, getting stress with assignments and stuff. I decided to explore new places that i haven't visited before, and just get lost.

  America is one of my dream country. I always dream that i can go and explore it, or maybe live there one day. Who don't want to live in America? As we know, America is the most superpower and influential country.

  Even i've never been there before and i have no idea when i will go there, but i already search in internet what will i do in America. Here's the link: 50 Things to do in the USA before You Die. So well prepared huh?

  Anyway it's been awhile since my last outfit post, so today i'm gonna post my outfit. This look's inspired by American flag. I wear an American flag printed shirt. I combine it with a denim jacket and jeans. I also wear sunglasses and red sneakers. Check it out!
